This is an intensive four-day workshop on mass appraisal model building using SPSS for Windows. Topics include: generating statistics; analyzing, graphing, and stratifying market data; developing and refining MRA models for residential properties; ratio studies and equity tests. All applications use actual property databases, providing the students with demonstrations and hands-on lab exercises.

This intensive four-day workshop takes participants through advanced residential model development using SPSS for Windows. Additional topics include sales ratio testing, application of models to the universe of properties, and interface with GIS.
